天南星中多糖的测定

摘　　要：目的建立测定天南星多糖含量的方法。方法采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖的含量。结果葡萄糖对照品3.3～15.0μg·mL-1与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9991),加样回收率为98.76%,RSD<3%。结论该法操作简便,重复性良好,精密度较高,可作为天南星多糖含量测定的一般方法。OBJECTIVE To establish the method for determination of polysaccharide in Arisaema heterophyllum Blume.METHODS Phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine polysaccharide content.RESULTS Under this experimental condition,glucose reference substance had a good linear relationship between 3.3 μg·mL -1 to 15.0 μg·mL -1(r = 0.9991).Repeatability was good and the accuracy was high.The recovery rate was 98.76% ,RSD < 3% .CONCLUSION The method is simple,which can be used for the determination of Araceae pol...
