摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法测定丹葛颈舒胶囊中的葛根素和芍药苷。方法色谱柱为Elite C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为水-甲醇-乙腈(76∶12∶12),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长250nm,柱温30℃。结果葛根素和芍药苷的线性范围分别为0.51～2.56μg(r=0.9999)、0.30～1.50μg(r=0.9997);平均回收率分别为99.3%(RSD=0.94%,n=6)、100.2%(RSD=0.97%,n=6)。结论所建方法快速、简便、准确、重复性好,可用作丹葛颈舒胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determining puerarin and paeoniflorin in Dange Jingshu Capsules.METHODS HPLC method was adopted.Elite C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)column and water-methanol-acetonitrile(76∶12∶12) as mobile phase was used.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1 and the detection wavelength was at 250 nm.The column temperature was 30 ℃.RESULTS The calibration curve of puerarin and paeoniflorin showed good correlation in the ranges of 0.51-2.56 μg and 0.30-1.50 μg(r = 0.9999 and 0.9997),respectively.The ...
