摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法测定并比较不同产地楤木中楤木皂苷A的含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(35∶65);检测波长205nm;柱温30℃;流速0.8mL·min-1;进样量20μL。结果楤木皂苷A0.6325～25.3000μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.97%,RSD=1.02%。结论所建方法灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于楤木的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of the araloside A in Aralia chinensis and analyze araloside A content from different habitats.METHODS An HPLC method was performed on a Kromasile C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) at 30 ℃.The composition of mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid(35∶65).The detecting wavelength was set at 205 nm the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min -1 and the sample size was 20 μL.RESULTS The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.6325-25.30 μg(r = 0....
