5例卵巢癌患者术后并发肠瘘的原因分析及护理

摘　　要：总结5例卵巢癌术后患者并发肠瘘的原因和护理措施。发生肠瘘的原因主要有手术因素、肿瘤因素、营养不良及联合应用多种治疗手段。故完善术前准备及术后病情观察,以预防肠瘘的发生;加强营养支持,改善患者的营养状况;积极保护消化道黏膜,减少放化疗对肠道的损伤;做好瘘口、管道和用药的护理,及时引流肠瘘液,避免瘘口增大,发生腹腔内严重感染。本组患者1例经保守治疗后治愈出院,3例经保守治疗加修补手术后治愈出院,1例因短肠综合征转院至专科医院行营养支持治疗。This paper summarizes the causes and nursing of postoperative intestinal fistula of patients with ovarian cancer.It is found intestinal fistula mainly results from operation itself,cancer,malnutrition and combined therapies.The nursing interventions accordingly include improvement of preoperative preparation and postoperative observation for prevention of intestinal fistula,improvement nutritional support for a better nutritional status,active protection of mucosal membrane of digestive tract and reduction ...
