摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿的最佳补钙方法。方法2006年8月—2008年2月135例新生儿因低钙血症予静脉滴注补钙,2008年3月—2009年8月150例新生儿因低钙血症予口服补钙,对比观察两组补钙方法的效果及不良反应。结果两种补钙方法效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但口服补钙避免了由静脉滴注钙剂引起的注射部位皮肤有钙化点、硬结,以及软组织骨样钙化和荨麻疹。结论口服补钙的方法运用于新生儿更加方便安全,且效果可靠。Objective To explore the best way of calcium supplementation for newborn infants.Methods Intravenous and oral supplementations of calcium were supplied to 135 infants with hypocalcemia born between August,2006 to February,2008 and 150 between March,2008 to August,2009.The effects and adverse reactions of these two supplementation ways were compared.Results The difference of effect between intravenous and oral calcium supplementations was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but oral way could avoid such...
