摘　　要：总结帕米磷酸二钠治疗骨转移癌痛致发热反应的观察及护理。22例肿瘤晚期骨转癌痛患者采用帕米磷酸二钠治疗,出现发热7例,占32%,用药后8 h内发热5例,发热持续时间小于10 h者6例。做好心理护理及用药护理;密切监测生命体征,观察体温的变化及伴随症状,观察分析帕米磷酸二钠致发热的特点,注意区分癌性发热、感染性发热、输液反应及药物热等发热类型,根据发热时间、类型进行针对性护理,2例使用药物退热,其余5例均自行退热。This paper sums up the observation of and nursing for patients with bone metastases pain induced fever treated with pamidronate.22 cases of metastatic bone pain in patients with advanced cancer treated with pamidronate,7 cases had fever,accounting for 32%,5 cases had fever within 8 h after the treatment,and 6 cases had a fever duration of less than 10 h.Mental nursing and medication care were provided;vital signs,temperature changes and accompanying symptoms were closely observed,and characteristics of pami...
