摘　　要：科学发展观是推进社会主义现代化,发展中国特色社会主义事业必须长期坚持的重要指导思想。它体现了认识理性、价值理性和实践理性的辩证统一,即基本立场、基本观点和基本方法的辩证统一。Scientific Outlook on Development is an important guiding principle that we must uphold for a long time for accelerating Socialist modernization and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.And it reflects the dialectical unity of rational understanding,the value of rational and Practical reason.That is the dialectical unity of the basic position,the basic point of view and the basic methods.
