摘　　要：在当代中国,传媒之所以能进行社会转型前难以进行的负面报道,主要原因是:其一,传媒对自身效益、受众需求和社会环境予以了追求、满足和契合;其二,时代使社会在言论自由、责任观及所受到的外来影响上发生很大的变化。Now in China,the negative report is one of important communication contents in the media reports. The rea- son why media can make the negative report in the time of the social transformation is as follows: first,media makes sat- isfaction with audience,pursue the self - benefit and correspond to the social circumstance. Second,the times makes big change in the saying freedom,responsibility conception and foreignal infection.
