摘　　要：邮政实物网是一个庞大而复杂的系统,优化邮政实物网可以有效地降低服务成本,提高服务质量,而优化邮区网是优化整个邮政实物网的基础。介绍邮区网的结构层次划分,论述邮区网优化的一般原则和目标,提出邮运网路优化组织的思路,探讨邮区网定量优化的数学模型和方法。The post network is a huge and complex system.The optimization of the post network can reduce service cost and improve service quality.And the optimization of postal district network is the optimization foundation of the whole post network.In this paper,we introduce the composition levels of postal district network,and discuss the principles and objectives of the postal district network optimization.Then,we advance some related strategies for the optimization of the postal district network,and discuss mathe...
