摘　　要：在对以往中国电信业市场结构改革经验总结的基础上,采用赫芬达尔指数评价电信业改革的效果,发现电信业的市场结构趋于合理化,市场竞争逐步加强。指出仅依靠市场结构的调控难以达到提升整个电信业绩效的目的,需要对于市场结构、行为和绩效之间的因果关系有待于深入研究。Based on the conclusion of lessons of the previous market structure reform in China s telecom industry,with the Herfindahl index to assess the effect of the reform,it is found that the market structure of telecommunication industry is trending to be reasonable,and the market competition is increasing.The paper also points out that it is difficult to improve the performance of the entire telecom industry if solely relying on the regulation of market structure.we should make a research in-depth on the causali...
