摘　　要：随着信息化、网络化的发展,物流的实体网络与虚拟网络的无缝结合已经成为现代物流需求的首要目标和物流行业的发展方向。虚拟物流就是通过信息技术和计算机网络技术整合物流服务的供给资源和需求信息,加强信用管理的产物。探讨了虚拟物流的要素,重点分析了粮食物流市场运行体系中"虚拟物流"理念的应用,为客户提供了一体化的供应链解决方案,降低了物流成本。With the development of informatization and networking,seamless integration in physical and virtual networks of logistics had become the primary goal of modern logistics demand and the development direction of logistics industry.Virtual logistics was the product of integrating supply resource and demand information of logistics service through information technology and computer network technology to strengthen the credit management.In this paper,elements of virtual logistics was discussed and application of the philosophy 'virtual logistics' in market operation system for grain logistic was analyzed as a priority,so as to provide customers with integrative supply-chain solutions and reduce the logistics cost.
