摘　　要：采用动态应变测量技术测量7075T7351铝合金中厚板内残余应力大小及分布规律。在测量中,对铝合金预拉伸板毛坯残余应力的释放进行全时域的数据采集与分析,不仅得到了预拉伸板残余应力的三维分布规律,还获得了三维残余应力释放速度趋势。三维残余应力分布规律在控制航空整体件加工变形的工程应用中具有重要意义。The value and distribution law of residual stress of 7075T7351 pre-stretched aluminum plate are measured with dynamic strain measuring technique.In the measuring process,the releasing process of stress is accurately measured and the strain changes data with time changing is collected.Not only the status and the distribution of 3D residual stress is obtained,but also the releasing velocity trend of 3D residual stress is derived.It is very significant in engineering application that the applications of the di...
