摘　　要：模糊语是一种客观存在的语言现象,具有不确定性、不精确性及相对性等特点;它以各种表达方式被广泛运用于文学作品中,达到一种积极的修辞效果,使语言简洁、明快、生动、含蓄、幽默,留给读者产生想象和联想的模糊空间,获得文学审美的愉悦。探讨英汉文学作品中的模糊语及其语用功能,可以深化对语言现象本质的认识,提高文学赏析的能力。Vague Language is an objective language phenomenon and its characteristics are uncertainty,inaccuracy and relativity.It is widely used in the literature and has a positive rhetorical effect that the language is brief,lucid and lively,vivid,implicit and humorous.It can leave a vague space for readers to use their imagination and association.Then the readers can obtain the aesthetic pleasure of the literature.Studying the vague language and its pragmatic functions in English-Chinese literature will deepen the...
