摘　　要：合同格式条款是体现单方意志性的定型化契约条款,它与传统契约自由原则相违背,所以有人质疑它存在的合理性,但在现实生活中格式条款却有强大的生命力。从"存在的就有一定的合理性"的哲言出发,可以揭示出格式条款存在的合理价值。The form of contract terms will reflect the unilateral nature of standard contract terms,which run counter to the traditional principle of freedom of contract,so some have questioned the rationality of its existence,but in terms of real-life format,there is a strong vitality.In this paper,"there exists a certain degree of rationality," the sage words of departure,intended to reveal the terms of format,there is a reasonable value.
