大西安经济圈构想及其可行性分析

摘　　要：基于增长极理论和梯度发展理论,结合西安的区位优势,提出大西安经济圈构想,并对其可行性进行了分析。认为在中国西北地区应以西安为中心,将培育大西安经济圈作为新的增长极,按照梯度开发思路,逐步形成以下五大圈层——西安核心区、西安都市区、西安都市圈、西安大都市圈、大西安经济圈。从历史文化、交通、科技以及经济发展现状来看,西北地区已具备了形成大西安经济圈的基础。Based on the theories of growth pole and stratified development,and in the combination of the geographic advantages of Xi an city,the idea of Metropolitan Xi an Economic Circle is advanced and its feasibility is analyzed.The core of the idea is that in northwestern region of China,a new growth pole should be fostered,which is called Metropolitan Xi an Economic Circle,with Xi an city as its center.According to the stratified development theory,Metropolitan Xi an Economic Circle actually includes five sub-cir...
