摘　　要：结合危机管理阶段理论,对汶川地震中图书馆界的危机管理行为进行分析,指出业界在危机潜伏与爆发阶段应对不足,在灾后救助阶段应对迅速、成绩卓著,同时对行业协会和新闻媒体在救灾中的积极作用予以充分肯定,为同行有效地开展危机管理提供一定的理论和经验资料。Based on the phase theory of crisis management,this paper does analysis on the crisis management performance of libraries during the Wenchuan earthquake,and points out that the industry has responded inadequately at the latent and outbreak phases of crisis,but has responded instantly at the post-disaster relief phase and taken excellent salvation measures.
