摘　　要：采用Traffica工具采集处理海量呼叫记录,分析clearcode等呼叫失败的在时间和空间上的分布,精准定位问题到具体"无线弱覆盖"和"拥塞集中"小区,精准定位问题到恶意语音呼叫的方向和时段,采取措施遏制恶意语音呼叫,针对性进行网络优化和扩容,从而提高网络的长途接通率。Using Traffica tools to collect and process massive call records,analyses clear code to indentify call failure s distribution on time and space differences,accurately define the problem to cell level,like "weak wireless coverage" and "congestion concentration" ,find out the direction and time period of malicious voice call,then take methods to curb malicious call,finally increase the answer rate of long-distance incoming call by the implementation of network optimization and expansion accordingly.
