摘　　要：音乐剧在这些年红火起来,单就上海来说,应该说是由外来的音乐剧促成的。从2002年开始,《悲惨世界》、《剧院魅影》、《猫》、《音乐之声》、《妈妈咪呀》纷至沓来,当这些五光十色的舞美、美妙动听的旋律、扎实生动的故事从大洋彼岸传到上海的时候,上海的观众感到了久违的喜悦。After half a year of preparations,The Long River made its debut on December 12 at the Shanghai Grand Theatre.The Long River was produced by the Qiuyu Cultural Foundation with the combined performing forces from the Shanghai Theatre Academy and Shanghai Conservatory of Music. The Long River has proven to be a fruitful experiment,but it also reflects some of the current problems in creating Chinese original musical theatre.
