摘　　要：近年来,大学生的就业率呈下滑的趋势,在这些未就业的大学生中有许多是短暂性的失业。造成大学毕业生短暂性失业的主观因素有:大学生过高的期望值、局限的职业能力、受限的生活认知能力。主观因素的形成可以从二元劳动力市场理论和人力资本投资理论、职业发展理论、心理社会发展理论等方面得到进一步的解释。解决大学生短暂失业现象可从形成合理的职业定位、提高职业能力和生活认知能力等方面采取相应的对策。The employment rate of graduate has been on the decline in recent years while most of the graduates being unemployed are.There are several subjective factors which leads to short phenomenon: higher expectation toward job,limitation of,and restriction of cognitive attitude toward life.The formation of the subjective factors can be explained by Dual Labor Market Theory,Human Capital Theory,Theory of Career Development,Theory Of Psychological And Social Development,etc..Thus,strategies to deal with the short u...
