摘　　要：旧城改造的目的是使人们生活的更美好、更舒适、更和谐。根据这一要求,文章结合旧城改造的特点,从居民满意度和社会和谐度两个方面构建了旧城改造的社会评价体系,对各自的评价因素与指标进行了相应的分析,并采用模糊综合评价的方法进行了实证评价。通过对结果的分析,验证了评价体系的合理性和实用性,能够通过该体系指导旧城改造活动,确保旧城改造社会目标的实现。The goal of old city reconstruction is to make people can live better,more comfortable and more harmonious.Based on this,combining the characteristics of the old city reconstruction,this paper established the social evaluation system of the old city reconstruction from residents’ satisfaction and degree of social harmony,analyzed the evaluation factors and their corresponding indicators,and finally made an empirical evaluation by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through analyzing the results ...
