摘　　要：本文通过对20年来教育部(国家教委)出台的各类与高校教师培训相关的主要政策进行梳理分类,分析这些政策的形成、发展及所起的作用来回顾来我国高校教师培训的发展状况,并针对大众化高等教育阶段对教师发展的需求提出进一步政策建议。Based on reviewing the relevant policies issued by Ministry of Education about teachers training in colleges over the past two decades,this article analyses the formation,the development and the function of these policies and puts forward some suggestions for teachers’further development dur-ing the massification.
