摘　　要：江苏广电城是一座综合型媒体建筑,其主楼和裙楼均存在着平面和立面不规则等多项超限。本文通过振型分解反应谱法、弹性时程分析法、静力弹塑性分析法,采用多种分析软件,如SATWE,PMSAP,EPDA&PUSH,ETABS等,对复杂超限高层建筑江苏广电城的结构抗震性能进行了综合评价;对工程设计中的难点如局部转换结构、楼板不规则等进行了分析,并采取了相应的构造措施。JSBC (Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation) Complex is a media building whose main building and annex are inregular in layout and elevation. The analysis software such as SATWE, PMSAP, EPDA & PUSH, ETABS, were used in the project. As an out-of-code high-rise building, the seismic performance of JSBC structure was evaluated with methods such as response-spectrum analysis, elastic time-history analysis and nonelastic static analysis.
