摘　　要：农民是农村社会养老保险的参与主体,他们对养老保险的有效需求(包括参保意愿和缴费承受能力)将直接影响新型农村养老保险的建立、完善和保障水平。笔者通过分别对影响农民参保意愿和缴费承受能力的影响因素进行分析,发现家庭财富、受教育程度、保险预期等都会影响农民的参保意愿及缴费承受能力。Farmers are the main participants of rural social endowment insurance and their effective demand for endowment insurance(including willingness to participate and payment capacity)will directly affect the establishment,sustainable development and guarantee level of new rural endowment insurance.The analysis of the factors influencing the willingness to take part in insurance and the ability to pay finds that household wealth,education level,anticipation of insurance affect the willingness to take part in ins...
