摘　　要：粮食保险属于政策性农业保险,保险风险区划是全面推进粮食保险的一项先期准备工作,准确合理的保险风险区划对于政府制订出确保粮食安全的支农政策,特别是保险支农政策,具有重要的现实意义。笔者认为,产量变化能够测度自然风险对粮食安全的影响。Grain insurance belongs to policy-guided agricultural insurance.Insurance risk zoning is a preliminary job for propelling grain crop insurance on the whole scale.Accurate and reasonable insurance risk zoning is of great significance for the government making policies to make sure of grain security,especially agricultural insurance policies.The author thinks that output changes can measure the influence of natural risks on grain security.
