摘　　要：目的对汕头海港口岸退运货物进行质量溯源调查和回顾性风险评估,以减少因质量问题而引起的退货事件的出现,降低国家经济损失。方法对2007年1月至2008年12月从汕头海港口岸入境的所有退运货物进行追溯性调查和监管,并对调查结果进行风险分析和评估。结果汕头口岸入境所有退运货物来源的国家或地区敏感,物品种类繁多,产品质量,特别是货品错过期、尺寸、款式不符合要求、包装损坏、规格不符合客户要求等情况较多。结论汕头口岸退运货物质量追溯性调查和回顾性风险分析为口岸检验检疫工作和外贸发展提供极其关键而且重要的政策导向,值得提倡。objective Investigate the reasons of the returned cargoes at Shantou Port and evaluate retrospective risk,and prevent returned cargoes caused by weak quality and reduce economy damage.
