摘　　要：详述了山东石横特钢集团有限公司140 t/h干熄焦系统在开工初期冷却室周边悬料的产生,从干熄炉砌筑、装入冷焦质量、烘炉、系统工艺控制等方面分析了产生焦炭悬料的原因,同时结合实际情况,通过采取调整配风、料位、排焦量、系统压力等措施,在短时间内有效地解决了悬料问题,实现了干熄焦系统的顺利开工和达产达效。There existed suspended materiel around the cooling chamber of the dry quenching system at the early days of the Shiheng Tegang s 140t/h CDQ project.This paper gives the facts for causing the suspended material from the following aspects:the construction of the dry quench cokery,the quality of cold feeding coke,heating-up of the oven,process control of the system,etc.This problems was overcome within a short period of time by regulating the distribution of the gas,the material level,the quantity of the disc...
