右归胶囊的补肾助阳作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨右归胶囊的补肾助阳的作用。方法将氢化可的松诱发肾阳虚和对去势大鼠性器官的影响。结果右归胶囊能明显延长肾阳虚小鼠负重游泳时间;且使肾阳虚小鼠体温明显升高;并使去势大鼠精液囊、前列腺、提肛肌明显增重;还可提高去势大鼠阴茎对外部刺激的兴奋性。结论右归胶囊具有明显的补肾助阳作用。Objective To study the effect of Yougui capsules in enriching kidney and strenthening Yang-qi. Method Positive deficiency of kidney were induced by administration of hydrocortisone in mice. Germinal organs in rats were emasculated. Result Yougi capsules could prolong the swimming time of bearing burden and raise the temperature in mice that were positive deficient of the kidney, and can also increase the weight of spermatophore, prostate and levatores and the excitability of penis to external stimulin in emasculated rats. Conclusion Yougui capsules have significant effect on enriching the kidney and strengthening Yang-qi.
