摘　　要：介绍了隔河岩电站压力钢管所采用的进口SM5 8Q高强调质钢的可焊性试验、焊接材料选用和焊接工艺评定、钢管的瓦片制作防腐、管节制作和钢管安装工艺流程、钢管焊接质量检验、焊接材料使用、点固焊和焊接引弧的规定、钢管焊前预热、焊后消氢、焊缝消除残余应力等。The technologies for welding and fitting the penstocks of Geheyan hydropower station are described, such as test of weldability of high strength SM58Q steel plate, selection of welding materials, preheating of steel plate, regulation of point welding and arc welding, checking of welding quality, processing and fitting procedure of penstock courses, corrosion-proof treatment, release of hydrogen and residual stresses etc., and an assessment on these technologies is given.
