权力经济背景下我国税收执法环境分析

摘　　要：当前我国社会税收执法环境还存在一些问题,如税收悖论和税收潜规则等。在深入分析这些问题的基础上,提出了解决问题的对策建议:建立公共服务政府和责任政府;健全税收行政执法的协税护税机制。There exist some problems in the tax law enforcement in China such as the tax paradox and hidden rule.Based on the deep analysis on these problems,the paper advances countermeasures: establishing a responsible government devoted to public service;optimizing a mechanism helping and protecting tax collection in the enforcement of tax law.
