摘　　要：西钢4号高炉采用陶瓷杯炉缸、卡鲁金顶燃式热风炉、串罐无料钟炉顶、矩型出铁场、炉前液压矮泥炮、液压开口机、嘉恒法炉渣粒化处理等新技术、新设备。通过科学精心的开炉准备和制定合理的开炉方案,在6天内,高炉利用系数达到2.0t/m3.d,开炉取得很好的效果。Xilin iron and steel company used on the 4# th blast furnace certamic cup,karuzi top combustion hot stove,no material string tank top,rectangular field of iron,hydraulic dwarf guns,hydraulic opening machine,jiaheng slag grain processing and other new technology and new equipment.Through scicntically careful preparation and reasonable furnace program,2.0 t/m3.d factor of a blast furnace is made to obtain good results.
