中国财政支农支出与农村居民收入之间的经验研究——基于向量自回归模型的经济计量分析

摘　　要：运用向量自回归模型对1978-2007年中国财政支农支出与农村居民家庭人均纯收入之间的关系进行经验研究,结论表明:中国财政支农支出与农村居民家庭人均纯收入之间有正相关关系,财政支农支出冲击对农村居民家庭人均纯收入具有正向影响;财政支农支出冲击后的第8年,对农村居民家庭人均收入的正向影响达到最大,对其波动的贡献份额也呈上升趋势;农村居民家庭人均纯收入冲击对财政支农支出有一定的积极作用,第10年的影响最大,对财政支农支出波动的贡献较小。This thesis analyzes the interrelation between government expenditure for supporting agriculture and per capita annual net income of rural households through the vector autoregressive model during the course of 1978-2007.
