摘　　要：高压袋滤器是Spheriazone 450 kt/a聚丙烯工艺装置中的关键设备之一,制造精度要求高,难度大,其中锥体的成形是高压袋滤器制造的核心工序,也是制造难点。文章对设备制造中锥体的成形方法、需要严格控制的几何尺寸及检验方法作了较详细的叙述。The high pressure bag filter is one of the key equipment in Spheriazone 450 Kt /a polypropylene plant.It s difficult to be manufactured and high-precision is in need.However the cone forming of bag filter is the key process, which is even more difficulty to be manufactured. This article describes the method for the cone forming in manufacture,the necessarily strict control of geometrical dimensions and in- spection methods in detail.
