摘　　要：横管式煤气初冷器作为焦化行业生产用的大型专用设备,随着焦化行业大型技术改造项目的发展,应用越来越多。初冷器管子与管板的胀接质量及效率是其制造过程的一个技术难点。经过多次实验调试及制造安装实践,总结研究出一套可行的先进胀接工艺。Cross-pipe primary cooler,a largescale dedicated equipment for coking industry, has gained more and more popularity owing to the dramatic development of large-scale modification projects in coking industry.The quality and efficiency of expanding connection between tubes and tube sheets is a technical difficulty in the manufacture of primary coolers.After repeated practices of manufacture and installation, an advanced and feasible expanding connection technology was summarized.
