摘 要:以铅丹和氧化铬为原料,制备出满足建筑陶瓷低温快烧要求的新型结晶釉。实验重点研究了烧成制度及釉层厚度对结晶釉结晶性能的影响,结果显示,当烧结温度为870℃,保温时间为5min,釉层厚度为1.83mm,可以在结晶釉中形成立体感丰富,装饰效果好的晶花。XRD显示该晶体为红铬铅矿(Pb2[CrO4]O)结构。In order to meet with the need of modern building ceramics, a novel low-temperature fast firing crystalline glaze was prepared with lead and chromium oxides as raw materials. The influences of firing system and thickness on the crystalline performance of the crystallized glaze were mainly discussed through the experiment. The results show that crystals with strong modeling effect and good decorative effect are formed in the glaze with the thickness of 1.83mm when calcined at 850℃ for 5 minutes. The XRD resu...
