摘　　要：通过分析TC4合金铸锭和板坯纵向头中尾各部位的横截面圆心、1/4r、1/2r、3/4r和边沿五个位置的化学成分均匀性,和铸锭纵向头中尾的横向低倍检测,通过均匀性研究验证了中间合金类别、海绵钛和中间合金的颗粒度、混料、熔炼等工艺选择的合理性。This paper investigated the composition homogenization of TC4 titanium alloy,by testing the distribution of elements on the longitudinal positions of the ingot and the slab,by examining the transverse macrostmctures of the specified locations of the ingot.It could proved to be reasonable that the selections of the categories and the granularities of the intermediate alloys and titanium sponge,blending process,melting process and so on.
