摘　　要：2009年"全国参考咨询工作会议"以"协作·共进:新时期参考咨询工作探讨与展望"为主题,着重探讨了参考咨询工作的理论与实践、咨询服务体系、规范建立和特色服务等问题,并对新时期参考咨询工作的发展进行了展望,它将引导全国图书馆参考咨询工作在今后一段时间里不断拓展自身的核心价值、工作特点和工作内容。The National Reference Services Conference 2009 takes 'Coordination and Progress:Discussion and Prospect of Reference Services in the New Era' as the theme,mainly discusses the theory and practice,the service system,the normalization and characteristic services of reference services,and then prospects the development of reference services in the new era.The conference will direct the library reference work,and develop the core value,work characteristics and contents in the future .
