摘  要:介绍了精选原材料提高铁焦比的蠕铁生产工艺。生产验证:该工艺使原铁液中的w(S)量在0.03%以下,蠕化剂的加入量降低到0.5%~0.6%,并且降低了铸件夹渣、冷隔、漏水等缺陷的形成倾向,使铸件废品率由原来的25%下降到10%左右。经计算,采用该工艺每生产1000t蠕铁铸件可降低原材料成本200多万元。The production process of vermicular iron with enhanced iron -coke ratio by well choosing raw materials was introduced. Productive practice proved that, by adopting this production process, the S content w(S)of base iron melt was controlled below 0.03% , and as a result, the adding amount of vermicularizing alloy was reduced to 0.5%~0.6%, the tendency of defects such as dross, cold shut, water-leakage etc. was reduced, and the casting rejection rate was reduced from previous 25% to about 10% .
