摘  要:采用低频电流以及低频电流和纳米TiO2、低频电流和赤霉素相结合处理唐古特大黄种子,研究其对种子萌发及活力的影响。结果表明:3种处理均可促进唐古特大黄种子萌发。其中,1.0 A低频电流处理80 min的效果最为明显;1.0 A低频电流处理80 min后,30 mg.kg-1赤霉素浸种处理18 h效果最好;1.0 A低频电流处理80 min和200 mg.kg-1纳米TiO2日光灯照射下浸种9 h效果较为显著。By processing Rheum tanguticum Maxim seeds with low frequency currents,low frequency currents combined with Nano-TiO2 and low frequency currents combined with gibberellin,their germination and were are studied.The results showed that all these methods could make positive effects on seeds germination and activities.First group processed by low frequency currents in 80 min at 1 A had good effects on seeds germination and activity,second group processed by low frequency currents in 80 min at 1 A and then soake...
