后奥运时期湖北竞技体操可持续发展面临的拐点

摘　　要：以第十一届全运会比赛成绩下滑为切入点,初步分析了湖北体操项目发展中的有利条件与存在不足,并提出了相应的可持续发展建议。有利条件是:领导重视与关心;国家队强力支持;充裕的人力资源;现代化的硬件设施以及社会认可度高。存在不足是:资源整合不够;缺乏领军人物;教练员积极性有待提高;人才流失现象严重。提出的建议有:探索新的发展模式,构建新的发展框架;扩大对外交流,促进发展活力;重视科技创新,提倡理论研究;推动区域合作,实现平衡发展;树立以人为本,加强人才开发等。Artistic gymnastics team of Hubei hit a slump in the 11th National Games. Accordingly this article analyzes advantages and disadvantages of artistic gymnastics development in Hubei Province. Suggestions on sustainable development are proposed. Valuing and concerning from leaders,strong supporting from national team,rich human resource,updated hardware and high social recognition are the advantages.
