摘　　要：随着产业集群对经济的有效推动作用的日益增大,产业集群日益成为社会研究和关注的焦点。从区位理论、中心——外围理论、增长极理论和现代产业集群理论等出发,分析了体育产业形成的理论基础,强调了武汉在8+1城市圈中的领导作用;同时用PEST分析了产业集群的现实基础,指出政府、企业、社会和消费者要协同合作,整合现有资源,开发新资源,提升无形资产价值,共同推动产业集群的形成,最终带动经济的发展。With the emergence of cluster and its effective role in economy,industrial cluster has increasingly become the focus of social research and attention.
