摘　　要：利用丙酮-乙腈-正庚烷-磷酸盐溶液提取家兔血浆中游离棉酚,建立家兔血浆中棉酚的高效液相色谱测定方法。色谱柱为ODS-C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)柱,流动相为V(甲醇)∶V(1%H3PO4溶液)=85∶15,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长235nm。棉酚在0.66～3.30μg/mL质量浓度范围内峰面积与其浓度间呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9994;平均加样回收率为95.7%～96.3%;日内、日间RSD分别为0.7%～1.4%和3.7%～7.4%。可用于棉酚生物样品分析。Gossypol in rabbits plasma was extracted with a mixed solvent of acetone-acetonitril-heptane plus saturated phosphate buffer and assayed by HPLC on a column of ODS-C18 (4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase of methanol and 1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (85:15) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength of 235 nm. The peak areas of gossypol and its concentration in the range of 0.66～3.30 μg/mL showed good linearity with the correlation coefficient of r=0.9994 and the recoveries were 95.7%～9...
