摘  要:在碱性介质中,茜素绿与溶菌酶结合形成复合物,导致467 nm处共振光散射光谱信号显著增强。据此建立了一种测定溶菌酶的新方法。优化了反应条件,并初步进行了反应机理的探讨。依据最大散射峰的共振光散射增强值与溶菌酶浓度呈良好的线性关系,本法可应用于人血清样品中溶菌酶的定量分析。In alkaline media,alizarin green(AG) can react with lysozyme(LZM) to form the AG-LZM complex and result in a great enhancement of resonance light scattering(RLS) signal of the system.The optimum conditions of these reactions are studied and the reaction mechanism is also discussed.Based on that the intensity of RLS at 467 nm is directly proportional to the concentration of lysozyme,a new method has been established for the quantitative determination of lysozyme.The method has been applied to the quantitativ...
