摘　　要：不动产登记制度是物权法的重要内容。此次物权法确立了登记要件主义原则为不动产物权设立、变更、转让和消灭的效力,并且为了有效地完善不动产物权制度,相应的规定和创设了一些新的配套登记制度,这在一定程度上完善了我国不动产物权登记制度,但在理论和现实中仍有一些不足之处尚需完善。Real estate registration system is an important part of the Property Law.This time,the elements of property law doctrine establishes the principle of registration of real property to regulate establishment,changing,transference and elimination of the real estate right,and in order to effectively improve the real property rights system,the corresponding regulations and a number of new registration system are established,All this improve real property registration system in China to some degree.But in the the...
