摘　　要：简要介绍了聚氨酯技术的发展历史和聚脲技术两大学派的观点,对"纯聚脲"和半聚脲的物理性能、耐久性能和施工性能做了对比,探讨了关系到我国聚脲技术健康发展的几个问题。The article introduces evolution of polyurethane tech-nology and viewpoints of two schools in polyurea technology.It also compares pure polyurea with semipolyurea in physical prop-erties,durability and application and has a discussion on some issues affecting healthy development of the polyurea technology.
