摘　　要：建立了HPLC-MS/MS法测定中药材黄芩中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的方法。样品采用乙腈提取,固相萃取柱净化;以含0.2%甲酸的甲醇-水体系为流动相,ODS-18柱为固定相色谱分离,以电喷雾正离子模式进行质谱测定。结果表明:6种氨基甲酸酯农药的回收率为78.59%～101.75%,相对标准偏差为2.98%～12.65%,检出限为0.002～0.004mg/kg。A method for the determination of carbamate residues in Radix scutellariae by HPLC-MS/MS was established. Samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified with solid extraction using C 18 column.The purified samples were separated on ODS column and the mobile phase was methanol and water solution.The carbamate residues were determined by MS.The result shows that the recoveries of the six carbamate pesticides were between 78.59-101.75%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)were between 2.98-12.65%,and the...
