摘　　要：本文运用灰色关联分析法实证人力资本区域流动对区域经济发展总量的影响效应。实证研究证明人力资本跨区域流动对区域经济协调发展有着积极影响,我们应该提倡人力资本跨区域流动来进一步促进我国区域经济的全面、协调、可持续发展。In this paper,empirical gray correlation analysis of regional flows of human capital on regional economic development,the impact of the total effect.Empirical studies have shown that cross-regional flows of human capital on the coordinated development of regional economy has a positive impact We should promote cross-regional flows of human capital to further promote China s regional economy and a comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.
