摘  要:目的:探讨人事制度改革在护理管理中的应用。方法:根据按劳分配和生产要素参与分配的原则,综合考虑岗位的责任风险、技术含量、劳动强度及护士的年资、职称等确定护理技术岗位,按照基础工资、职务工资、岗位工资、效益工资进行分配。结果:打破了护理人员的传统观念,增强了竞争意识,优化了服务观念,激发了护理人员的积极性,提高了工作效率。结论:岗位职绩工资制在护理管理中有很大的应用价值。Objectives:To study the application of personnel system reformation in nursing management. Methods: Technique positions were set in terms of the principles of distribution according to work and production elements participating in distribution. When setting these positions, duty risks, technique contents, labor intension, the age and service seniority and the technical post titles of nurses were considered. The salary was distributed as basic salary, duty salary, position salary and benefit salary. Results: Nurses' traditional idea was broken. Their competition consciousness was strengthened. Nurses' enthusiasm was inspired and the work efficiency was improved. Conclusion: Salary of position system was valuable in nursing management.
