摘　　要：目的:探讨医院引用ISO9001:2000质量管理体系时,如何建立护理质量管理文件,以及引用ISO9001:2000质量管理体系对护理质量管理质量的影响。方法:通过学习《ISO 9001:2000质量管理体系要求》,采用过程分析方法,分析护理服务流程,确定和建立护理质量管理文件。结果:通过对护理流程的全面分析,在吸取原来护理质量管理经验的基础上,更加全面、科学地建立了一套操作性、指导性强的护理质量管理文件,并在过程分析中发现和纠正了既往护理质量管理中的薄弱环节。结论:引用《ISO 9001:2000质量管理体系》有助于提高护理服务质量。Objectives: To discuss how to establish nursing documents about quality management when using ISO9001: 2000 quality management system in hospitals. To discuss the influence on the quality of nursing quality management when using the systems. Methods: Study 'the requests of ISO9001: 2000 quality management system', analyze the flow of nursing care and determine how to establish documents of nursing quality management using method of progress analysis. Results: We accomplished a set of nursing quality management documents based on the past experiences in nursing quality management by all - around analysis to the flow of nursing care, which was more comprehensive and scientific. The new documents had stronger operability and directiveness. We found and put right some weakness when analyzing our past nursing quality management practice. Conclusion: Using ISO9001: 2000 quality management system redounded to the quality of nursing care.
