摘　　要：邪教是指利用宗教及其它文化形成反社会的学说 ,并以此作为对他人精神控制的手段 ,实施危害社会行为的极端团体。邪教具有明显的阶级性、相对性、社会危害性属性。与其他犯罪类型比较 ,当代邪教显示出群众性、再生性、文化性、组织性、动态性特征。Evil cult is an extreme group which uses religion and other cultures to form antisocial doctrines, controls people's spirits with them and carries out harmful activities to the society. Evil cult has obvious class nature,relativity, harm to society. Comparing with other crime forms, modern evil cult shows characters of masses, regeneration, culture, organization and movement. It is distinctly different from religion.
