摘　　要：信息社会的电子警务模式是以警务链及其信息流的价值增值为核心的 ,警务链是电子警务成功运行的指标之一。文章通过对电子警务模式中警务链产生的基础、条件的论述和价值、功能的分析 ,倡导电子警务模式下的警务链管理发展优势 。The chain of police affair and the increasing value of information flow are the centre of electronic model of police affair in information society.The chain of police affair is one of the index of successful electronic police affair.The paper discusses the basis and conditions of production of chain of police affair,analyzes the value and function of it,and advocates developing advantages of management of chain of police affairs in the model of electronic police affair so as to give an impulse to the deeper revolution of police affair and develop management model of police affair to a higher level.
